If no contact is made, items will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund. Items held beyond 7 days will incur a $25 storage fee, applied unless prior arrangements have been approved. Refunds: We offer Inspection dates and reccommend looking at the items before removal. Once Items have left premises the item can no loger be returned. IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP, within removal sechudeuled times Items will be forfeited with NO REFUND. Any items refunded will NOT recieve handling fee refunded. Tax-Exempt Bidders: -Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice. -Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with you Equip-Bid account -Upon providing tax-exemption forms to Franke’s Enterprises, contact this affiliate at Frankeshelp@gmail.com to remove tax from each invoice.
