Our first auction of the year comes to you from Dittmer! Our client was a collector of many things including pocket knives, pocket watches and belt buckles. The lady of the house was an Avon representative so you'll also find some jewelry, make-up and figurines. Let's not forget the furniture...a great mix of modern and vintage. A little bit of everything in this wonderfully eclectic sale!

Otherwise, they're all in great shape! 3 1960's Southwest Conference Drink Glasses They are all in excellent condition! 4 Hubley Cast Iron Hook Ladder Fire Truck Horses It looks like it's missing some pieces to make it complete. Sold "as is". 5 Murano Glass Vintage Swan Planter It's in beautiful condition as shown. About 9" long (estimated) 6 Chinese Winged Creature Kite It's new in the souvenir box. 7 Vintage ZIPPO Marlboro Man Lighter It's new/mint in the box. 8 Handpainted Electric Hurricane Lamps Beautifully hand painted with roses..both work great! About 12" tall. 9 Light Wood 50's MCM Dresser It has a little chip in the veneer on one drawer but is otherwise in excellent condition. A stain inside the top drawer. 38" wide x 19" deep. 10 Curved Front Oak Display Cabinet This is not an antique but it looks like one! Made of solid oak with glass curved panels. It's in super condition with no damage. 32" wide x 15" deep x 5'5" tall 11 MCM Glass Display Glass It has a hole in the top where it was damaged and a few minor surface scratches, wear, etc...but no damage to the glass, etc. Throw a doily over the top and you're good to go! Nice and solid. 36" x 12" x 36" tall. 12 Dining Room Table & Chairs The solid wood trestle table shows a few scratches and wear marks but they're minor...it's in great shape. The chairs aer all mis-matched. Three, two and one of each style. All in good, solid condition. The table measures 70" long x 40" wide wi... 13 Antique Federal Style Hutch This is a wonderful old hutch that needs very little TLC. There's a small chip in the veneer on one of the drawers but otherwise it shows normal wear and tear. No true damage....nice and sturdy! It measures 75" tall x 15" deep x 36" wide. 14 (2) Vintage 70's Metal Book Display Shelves One of the shelves is a stacking shelf...two smaller to form one larger. It's missing one of the knobs it sits on but it doesn't affect the sturdiness...just wanted to mention. Both are made of metal and plastic (the decorative pcs are plastic on ... 15 Broyhill Floral Couch It's 90" long, comfortable and in great shape! No stains or visible wear other than what looks like a couple drip spots on one arm. See closeup. Well made! 90" long 16 3 Black Swivel Bar or Counter Stools All three are in great shape - one is taller than the other two. Faux leather seats...they swivel! 17 Green Wingback Chair It's in good used condition. No visible stains or damage. Hunter green! 18 Over-Stuffed Green Rocker Recliner It's super comfortable and in great shape! The arm cover on the right has a little tear but no other wear or visible damage. 19 Fabric Office Chair It's super comfortable and in great shape! No visible stains or damage. Swivels, rolls and is adjustable. 20 Fireplace Tools & Coat Bucket Nickel Plated in color - great used condition. 21 Acrosonic Piano This small size piano from Acrosonic is in great shape as shown. It's located on the first floor for easier removal. You'll need 3-4 grown men or a moving company to move this out of the house. Bench included. 22 Vintage Porcelain Roses Lamp It's a beautiful lamp in beautiful condition - no damage. It measures about 21" tall without the harp. 23 3 Vintage Folding Chairs One of the seats has a little rip but they're in overall excellent condition. 24 Retro 70's Wood, Iron Glass Curio Cabinet It's a light up cabinet in good condition. There's a little chippy wear along the edge in the front but no other damage. It's missing a knob on the bottom piece (hardly noticeable...easily replaced). It's 65" tall x 22" wide x 12" deep 25 Clear Etched Roses Matching Lamps They're both in excellent working condition. 21" tall. 26 Brass & Glass Bamboo Display Shelf This is a brass bamboo and glass display shelf in great shape! 5' tall x 21" wide x 13" deep. 27 Vintage Bridge Lamp No shade - it's in good working condition. Measures just under 5' tall. 28 Library Bookshelf End Table It's in good, solid condition with a little wear. Bookshelf "V" on the bottom. 29 Vintage Handmade Solid Wood Bookshelf It's well made - nice and heavy! It measures 6' tall x 25" wide x 11" deep 30 Small Gun Cabinet This is a locking gun cabinet but there is no key...easily replaced lock. It's in good condition with no damage. Measures 24" wide x 13" deep x 5'5" tall. 31 LOT Craft Storage Containers They need a little dusting but are in good condition. 32 (2) Black Portable Rubber Shelves They come apart for easy transporting. Great shape. They are about 4' tall. shelves are 20" long x 4" deep. 33 Formica Library Bookshelf Books Not Included It's a formica bookshelf in good, solid condition - nice and heavy. It's 7' tall x 32" wide x 14" deep. 34 Book LOT An entire bookshelf full of winter reading. Includes some current fiction, hardbacks and soft covers, Bibles and a few collectibles.
