*Bidding will extend for 2 minutes if a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.

Bidder Registration:
All new vehicle bidders must complete and return the Auto Auction Bidder Registration Form by 6:00 PM on the final auction night.
Returning bidders who have been approved previously can simply log in with your existing account and click the “Get approved to bid” button once.

Available Appointment Dates:

·         Thursday, Jan 21: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

·         Friday, Jan 22: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

·         Saturday, Jan 23: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (office hours only until the last scheduled appointment)

Appointments are scheduled consecutively.

Deposit:
A non-refundable $50 deposit per vehicle is required, which will be credited upon vehicle payment.

Documentation & Signatures:

·         We will review and confirm the name(s) for documents, driver’s license, physical, and mailing address.

·         If transferring the vehicle into another person's name, we need their full info and driver’s license number.

·         All documents will be prepared for signing upon your arrival.

·         The individual whose name will be on the title must be present with ID.

Payment Methods:

·         Chip-enabled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (matching billing address, CVV, and expiration)

·         Cash (please bring nearly exact amount)

·         Debit Card: Call your bank in advance to lift your daily limit before your appointment.

Additional Fees:

·         $200 buyer’s premium, charged at your appointment (non-refundable)

·         Sales Tax: 9.7% (boats and trailers: 9.2%)

·         Title and License Fees: start at $184.25, payable during your appointment as arranged with Stokes Auction. These fees vary based on vehicle type, weight and your license address.
