Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control.

Auction Terms & Conditions By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed unless otherwise noted in advertisements, item descriptions, or on auction day. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality again unless otherwise noted.

Due to the type of auction this is there are limited options and items that can be shipped for this auction. We can ship any items offered for pre-bidding if bidder requires shipping. Please see shipping terms for more information.

All in person buyer's must pay invoices in full by the end of the auction and all items must be removed on auction day. All verified online auction winners will be notified by email with invoice total within 24 hours of the Live Auction end time. Please see terms and condition for more information. If you or your agent cannot pick up during scheduled times please do no bid on this auction. We cannot hold items for pick up after scheduled times and we will not be bringing unsecured items back to our building. Any items not paid for and picked up during this time will be automatically charged to the buyer's card on file and items will be considered abandoned.

Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
