Portulaca is off Oyster Creek Drive, in Lake Jackson, between Willow/Sycamore and Dixie Drive,(where the new Kroger is). Please do not block ANY driveways, or fire hydrants, (unless you're hankering for a citation from LJPD), and don't impede the flow of traffic. Be courteous of your fellow drivers/shoppers, leave your cranky-pants at home. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 Friday morning. We'll begin calling in the first names around 8:45. Please note that Estate Liquidators does NOT provide haulers, loaders, nor pack mules for your spiffy but large/heavy purchases, you need to make those arrangements. Large, bulky, or heavy items will be sporting our two-part tags. Again, I'll write this part verrrry slowly. If you want to purchase an item, take the BOTTOM half of the tag, and hold onto it until you get to check-out. If you decide you don't want the item, please use good manners,(do NOT forget to bring your good manners and patience for fellow shoppers with you !), and return the tag to a handy EL worker, so they can reattach it to the item.
