| Well, are y'all ready for the sale of the year ? Hope so, because I think this could be it ! 18th and 19th century antiques,(in beautiful condition), a couple of guns, ammo, it's pretty mind-boggling. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE DATES !!!!! The sale will be Friday and Saturday, May 13th and 14th, 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m., both days, and SUNDAY, May 15th, 11:00a.m.-3:00p.m. Yep, there's that much neat stuff here. THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN UNDER 15 YEARS OLD, ALLOWED IN THE HOME. I wrote that really slowly, so it could be understood...... Also, NO large purses, hand bags, or back-packs. Portulaca is off Oyster Creek Drive, in Lake Jackson, between Willow/Sycamore and Dixie Drive,(where the new Kroger is). Please do not block ANY driveways, or fire hydrants, (unless you're hankering for a citation from LJPD), and don't impede the flow of traffic. Be courteous of your fellow drivers/shoppers, leave your cranky-pants at home. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 Friday morning. We'll begin calling in the first names around 8:45. Please note that Estate Liquidators does NOT provide haulers, loaders, nor pack mules for your spiffy but large/heavy purchases, you need to make those arrangements. Large, bulky, or heavy items will be sporting our two-part tags. Again, I'll write this part verrrry slowly. If you want to purchase an item, take the BOTTOM half of the tag, and hold onto it until you get to check-out. If you decide you don't want the item, please use good manners,(do NOT forget to bring your good manners and patience for fellow shoppers with you !), and return the tag to a handy EL worker, so they can reattach it to the item. With this being a three day sale, the pricing will be as follows.......Friday, full price. Saturday,(ALL DAY), the discount will be 25%. Sunday, 40%......and perhaps beyond. Please be aware that there has been a LOT of intense research done on the items in this sale, don't whine about the pricing, trust me, things are priced way below what they sell for. If you aren't happy about the price on an item, you do have the option to pass it by. We're wedged in between our awesome customers, and what our clients expect, please try to understand.
