We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Cards will be taxed. We do not accept checks. No items are available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. All items are being sold as-is, where is, no refunds.

We have a sign-in sheet located on the front door. All customers must sign the sign-in sheet for entry. THE SIGN-IN SHEET ONLY APPLIES WHILE WE HAVE A LINE. Once the line is gone, there will be no sign-in sheet.

Please write your name next to one of the open numbers (THIS IS YOUR NUMBER, YOUR PLACE IN LINE).

We will not be monitoring the sign-up sheet; you are fully responsible for signing yourself up & keeping track of your place in line ECT. All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis. You are fully responsible for keeping your place in line. Our team will not be responsible for managing the line or the outside premises before the estate sale opening date and time.

Items outside the home, that are part of the estate sale, are available to be claimed/purchased on sale days, before the sale opening time, on a first-come, first-served case-by-case basis. Items inside any of the buildings or homes on the premises are strictly prohibited, off-limits, and are not available for purchase before the sale opening date and time.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries while you are attending our estate sales. Please note that you are entering at your own risk.
