Terms: THIS IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ONLY!! All Items Sold As Is Where is with No Warranties or Guaranties Expressed or Implied! All of our online auctions have a viewing day associated to each so feel free to come in person and look for yourself! ** NOTE FIREARMS AND AMMO BUYERS:** As Required by Federal Law, All Firearm Transactions will be handled by a Licensed FFL Dealer Only! ( NO FIREARMS SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA OF HAWAII ) We are the shipping FFL Dealer on this end. However, if you are an "Out of State Buyer" or a Nebraska Resident who requires shipping you will be required to make arrangements with your local FFL Dealer! Nebraska Residents who are picking up their firearms will be required to complete a 4473 and present a valid Nebraska Driver�s License as well as Nebraska Handgun Purchase Permit or Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit. Should you not have those credentials, you will incur a 25.00 dollar fee to call the transaction in to the NICS. Be advised that all local, state and federal laws will be strictly adhered to. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! There is a $55.00 FFL and Shipping Fee added to each out of state Firearm. This $55 will cover the first firearm to be shipped. Gun #2 only add a $25.00 FFL Fee and both guns will shipped together in the same parcel.. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Dickey & Associates Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. There is a $50.00 insuffient funds check fee. A 7.5% Nebraska Sales Tax will apply to all Purchases Except Vehicles. Be advised that any ammo purchased that the auction is marked Antique or Vintage is exactly that and is not under any circumstances to be consumed in any firearm.
