All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item, HOWEVER... INSPECTION AT PREVIEW IS ENCOURAGED

When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium.

Load out: Auction Company will have a tractor/loader available for loading implements, but auction company does not provide the "muscle" work. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE!

Items must be paid for before removal.

Guns transfer: Guns will be transferred by Rend Lake Sporting Goods at 11264 N. Wells Bypass, Mt. Vernon, IL. 618.242.2191 for a flat $30 fee charged to the buyer. If shipping is needed, Guns must be shipped FFL to FFL. Buyer will be responsible for all fees involved. Instructions will be sent in your invoice.

Ammo: Ammo purchase requires a FOID card. MUCH of the ammo offered in this auction may be reloads.

Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up at that time, item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for payment. IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING, BUT ITEM HAS NOT BEEN PAID FOR WITHIN 2 DAYS OF AUCTION END, AUCTION COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO SELL ITEMS TO ANOTHER BIDDER

Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount

Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up. Further...IF WE DISCOVER YOU ARE A QUESTIONABLE BIDDER EVEN AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED, AUCTION COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL ANY ITEMS YOU WON TO BACK UP BIDDER, Auction Company is NOT obligated to ship to any bidder they have reason to believe Bidder might not follow through with payment.

Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents.

Payment: Credit card, check or cash. If you are new to this auction company, we will only accept cash or credit card. Auction company may also require payment to be wired if you are not postively established with Hibid.

Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance.

There is a 10% buyer's premium added to high bid. This figure shows up when placing bid.

We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada. If you are outside canada or USA and win an item, Auction Company will not ship to you even if you ask us to ship to a different US address than what you're registered with.

Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw an item in the event there was miscommunication between seller and Auction Company.

Vehicles: Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. If not, a bill of sale will be given to buyer and title mailed 10 days after auction.
