By registering for and/or bidding in this auction, bidders agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

AUCTION FORMAT
This is an ONLINE ONLY � ABSOLUTE AUCTION. All items will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price, with no reserves.

BUYER�S PREMIUM
A 10% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total purchase price.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full immediately upon conclusion of the auction or upon receipt of invoice.

Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier�s check, or approved credit card (subject to processing fees if applicable).

All items must be paid in full prior to removal.

Failure to remit payment may result in forfeiture of bidding privileges and/or legal action.

AS IS / WHERE IS � NO WARRANTIES
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

No representations are made as to condition, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed.

Bidders are solely responsible for determining the condition and value of items prior to bidding.

Items not removed within the designated timeframe may be considered abandoned, forfeited, and resold without refund.

No shipping provided unless specifically stated.

Buyers are responsible for arranging their own third-party shipping if applicable.

DEFAULT
If a buyer fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Wooley Auctioneers reserves the right to:

Cancel the sale,

Retain deposits or payments as liquidated damages,

Resell the item(s),

Pursue legal remedies, including recovery of damages and attorney�s fees.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY
Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their bidder number.

The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder, resolve bidding disputes, and reopen bidding if deemed necessary.

Online bidding is a convenience; Wooley Auctioneers is not responsible for technical issues, internet disruptions, or platform failures.
