By registering to participate in this online-only auction, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. Please read carefully before bidding.

1. No Warranties

The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. A buyer�s complete inspection of items is encouraged. All lots sell �AS IS� and �WITH ALL FAULTS�, if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the auction or posted online will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made or posted online.

2.Suspension/Permanent Ban: A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A Bidder will be permanently banned from this Site for failing to honor an auction bid made under that Bidder's bid number.

3.Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

All Sales Are Final: All items are sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, and no returns or refunds will be accepted based on personal opinions or expectations.

Chargeback Policy: You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting Wheeler Auctioneering to seek a resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and legal action.

4. Cancellations

Bidder Cancellations: Bids placed are final and cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes accidental bids or bids placed by others using your account.

5.Payment Terms

Accepted Payments: 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We do not run your credit card on file right away if you are local. We give you the option to pay cash or check when picking up your items to avoid the 3% credit card fee.

If you do not pick up your items within the pick up dates or contact us to make a special pick up arrangements, or select shipping requested, your card will be charged on file and your items will be forfeited after 15 days of auction.

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping Fees: Shipping & handling is done in house. There is a shipping charge, packing and handling charge per invoice. IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE NOTE IN NOTES TO AUCTIONEER WHEN REGISTERING. Insurance on packages will be an extra expense, with shipping and handling paid for by buyer. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your item out.

7. Legal Compliance & Bidding Responsibility

Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to your purchases. Wheeler Auctioneering assumes no liability for legal violations.

Binding Agreement: All bids are legally binding. You are responsible for all bids placed under your account, regardless of circumstance (e.g., accidental bid, technical glitch, unauthorized use by others).

By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of bidding privileges or legal action.

Our second auction from the Joel Miller estate will feature his large toy collection. Almost every lot will be sold with the wooden or plexiglass displays as shown in the photos. Most of the items are 18th & 24th scale. Please refer to each lot's photos & descriptions for quality & any additional information regarding that lot.
