1. SIGN-UP SHEET: Only the physical sign-up sheet posted by CAIT’S® Estate Sales &
Emporium will be honored. The sheet will be taped to or near the front door no later than 8AM
each morning of the sale (no later than 9AM for sales at our warehouse).

** SIGN-UP SHEET TERMS*** TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. In some cases, a sign-
up sheet may not be posted due to HOA restrictions, extreme weather, company discretion, or
other circumstances. Always check the “sale description” prior to arrival for updates.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Customers are purchasing items from our client, NOT CAIT’S®
Estate Sales & Emporium. Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees, warranties,
refunds, or exchanges. Customers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. We are
not responsible for items left behind.
3. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Zelle. A 3% processing fee
applies on all orders paid via card or Apple Pay.
4. PRICES / ITEM DETAILS / PRE-SALES: We do not provide pricing or item details prior to
the sale. We do not offer pre-sales.
5. RESPECT & CONDUCT: Verbal or physical disputes, aggressive behavior, or disrespectful
comments toward our team or fellow shoppers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to
remove any customer and/or item from the sale at our discretion.
6. ADMITTANCE: We reserve the right to refuse customer entry, for any reason, at any time.
7. MOVING LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS: Customers are responsible for bringing their own help,
tools, and equipment to safely remove large / heavy items without damaging the client’s
property. If proper help is not present, we reserve the right to delay / prevent removal of any item
until appropriate assistance is provided. Our team cannot assist with moving or loading items.
8. ITEM AVAILABILITY: Due to limited space, multiple sales, or a client’s request, some items
photographed may not be available at the sale. To confirm availability, please call the phone
number listed in the “sale description” or our Warehouse (708-995-7746) during sale hours.
9. DISCOUNT DAYS: Some restrictions may apply. Photos are not retaken after Day 1. If you
are interested in an item, we recommend calling the sale to confirm availability.
10. NO public restrooms. NO large bags. NO outside food/drinks.
11. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK / WATCH YOUR STEP: You assume all risk for slips, falls,
injuries, or damage to yourself, others, or the property. CAIT’S® Estate Sales & Emporium and
their clients are not liable for any such incidents. By entering the property, you agree to these
terms and consent to being photographed or videotaped. WATCH YOUR STEP at all times.
