** We are NOT responsible if homeowner re-enters the home and removes any item(s) that might have initially appeared on the ad you have viewed. Although rare to happen, they reserve the right as homeowners to do so. Because of this, we ask that you view the ad frequently, and we apologize in advance if this ever affects you directly.
**Jewelry, Watches, Coins, Knives, Guns, etc. are NEVER kept on the premises. If any of these items are part of the sale, they are removed each day after the sale.
**Address or location of the sale is always released 24 hours prior to the date of the sale itself, and never earlier.
**We do not respond to emails, phone calls, or texts regarding measurements, pricing or presales. Please note that we do NOT pre-sell any items.
** CCA does NOT utilize a manual numbering system for entry into the home.
** At times, admittance into the home depending on the layout, will be somewhat limited to allow for crowd control.
** Windows and doors will be open as weather permits for extra ventilation.
** Sanitation stations will be available for hand washing only.
** PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE FOR USE OTHER THAN HAND WASHING.
** Cash and Credit Card Only - No checks are accepted. (A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card purchases.)
** Applicable Sales Tax will be added to all purchases
** Items sold As Is/No Refunds/No Returns/No Exchanges/No Exceptions. All Sales are Final
** Please inspect your items prior to purchase and prior to leaving the sale. **CCA never packs your items for you. This is your responsibility.**
** We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale, and there will be NO pre-sales or requests to hold items. First come/First served
** Please be prepared to move your own items the day of sale. CCA is unable to assist with moving any item(s). All items must be removed from the home preferably on the day the item was purchased. If not, you can arrange to pick up NO LATER THAN 1:00pm on Sunday. ~~Make sure you obtain a receipt for all purchases you plan to pick up. Again, we will not be able to assist with any moving of items. WE CAN PROVIDE NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF LOCAL MOVERS.
