Truly this sale is awesome!! Please make sure you read all terms of the auction. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION PRIOR TO BIDDING All bidders must hold a valid Ohio Driver's License and it must be presented at pick up. Only Ohio Residents may bid. 21 and OVER. No exceptions. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE PAID IN CASH. Pick Up will be in Amherst Saturday February 7 from 11am-1pm. We will not accept early arrivals, nor will we process any pick ups after 1pm. Please note, you will need to arrive by 12:30am to allow time to process paperwork. There are ABSOLUTELY no alternate arrangements for pick up. If you can not make pick up, please do not bid. Bill of Sale will be processed on site, by Responsible party. Copy of receipt will be emailed after pick up. Absolutely no returns. Items must be inspected prior to leaving property.
This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file.Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
