The Seller reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to accept or reject the highest bid or any bid, and to negotiate with the high bidder following the auction.

BUYER�S PREMIUM

A Ten Percent (10%) Buyer�s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total contract purchase price.

TERMS ON REAL ESTATE

Upon Seller acceptance of the highest bid, the successful bidder will be required to execute a Real Estate Purchase Agreement and provide an earnest money deposit equal to 20% of the total contract purchase price.
Earnest money shall be paid immediately following Seller acceptance in the form of a cashier�s check or wire transfer as directed by Wooley Auctioneers.
