All purchased items must be removed within the timeframe specified at the sale. Items not removed may be considered forfeited.

Property Protection

Buyers and movers must take care to protect walls, floors, doors, staircases, and fixtures.

Any damage caused to the property during removal will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
