Auction Terms & Conditions Unless other wise directed before the end of the sale we will ship all items after payment that includes the 18% buyers premium for credit cards or 15% for cash is charged to the final auction price . You must let us know if you're paying in cash before the auction starts so that you're not charged the convenience fee. Everything sold AS IS WHERE IS. Item descriptions are provided as a general guide only and should in no instance replace first hand inspection by a prospective buyer or his/her agent. Auction Monkey, nor Hammer's Antiques, nor the consignor makes any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written, shall constitute such a warranty or representation but should serve as a guide only and does not replace the buyers due diligence before bidding.

In house shipping for all listed items We will in all cases attempt to combine items into one package to save on shipping fees and unless otherwise directed will choose the best value for shipping. Due to insurance regulations we can not ship to PO boxes All shipping is from the 20619 zip code and is for the 48 states. If you are overseas please contact us for shipping. We ship to the address that is on record with HiBid.
