There is absolutely NO Shipping by Wachter Auctions & Appraisals for this auction.
Buyers must have all items removed within 5 business days of the auctions end. Wachter Auctions staff will be on-site for the first 3 days after the auction with a skidloader to assist loading.
If buyers of large equipment need more time to remove the items purchased, please make arrangements with Wachter Auctions & Appraisals staff PRIOR to bidding. Wachter Auctions and Appraisals staff will be on-site March 8 -10 , 10:00am - 4:00pm. All items are to be paid for by the end of the auction. Buyers of grain bins and large equipment are solely responsible to make arrangements for removing purchased items from the farm. Buyers are solely responsible to follow all State, County and Local regulations when removing and transporting any and all items from this auction.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
For internet purchases, there will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Card transactions/Electronic payment and a 10% Buyers Premium charged on top of the hammer price for items paid for by cash, money order or wire transfer. The buyers premium applies to all purchases but is only applied to the first $5000 of the purchase amount per item. Any purchase greater than $2500 must be made with certified funds, such as a wire transfer or money order. The State of Maryland requires us to collect 6% sales tax, as all transactions of goods from this auction takes place in Maryland. �We only accept Maryland tax exemption numbers for purchases over $200. �No Out of State tax exemptions numbers will be accepted, as under MD law. (Unless an accurately completed Maryland Resale Tax Exemption�Form is submitted). Items with more than Quantity of 1, are TIMES THE MONEY. Every item being sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantee of any kind. All Sales are final.��

For titled vehicles purchased that are paid by check, the title will be held by Wachter Auctions and Appraisals until the check has cleared the bank. (Typically 7 - 10 business days) After which time the title will be mailed to the buyer.

We make no guarantees that lots are described in perfect accuracy, We take every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, We do not provide warranty for labor�and craftsmanship on jewelry and watches. We have knowledgeable staff to provide as accurate description as possible using the knowledge of our staff. ** Returns are not accepted; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing a bid, the bidder/buyer has signified that the description of the item(s) in question is satisfactory and will not be entitled to make any objections after the sale.�

SOFT CLOSE POLICY
(Where applicable-INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. Does not apply to Live w/Internet Bidding) In the event that a bid is placed on an item in the final minutes of an auction sale, the auction will automatically be extended for an additional 3 minutes to prevent 'auction sniping'. The extension will continue until all the bids have stopped.���

PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to: cancel bids and/or restrict the use of our site; refuse service to anyone at any time; add or remove items at any point in the auction; revise descriptions of the items if a change needs to be made; ban users for violating our terms and conditions; hold items until the payment has been cleared; withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at another time; resell any items that have not been paid in full by the payment deadline. We are not responsible for the misinterpretation or misunderstanding of items and/or descriptions, if any, by the bidder; it is the bidder''s responsibility to understand the item thoroughly before bidding. In any cases of dispute, our decision is final. All legal matters will be settled as per Maryland State law and the Bidder/Buyer consents that the venue be located in Carroll County Maryland . All items are sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, with all faults. We make every effort to represent all items clearly and accurately in photographs and descriptions and will indicate any major defects on an item when it is know by us. In the event that a picture and description do not match, the description takes precedence. Anyone who purchases a grain bin, is solely responsible for any labor or equipment to remove the item. The buyer is responsible to be aware of and follow all State, County and Local regulations and laws when removing the item. Any item that is disturbed from its current location must be removed by the buyer in the time allowed. The buyer is responsible to remove any trash that they may accumulate in the course of removing the item as there will not be a dumpster or any means on the farm to dispose of it.

Wachter Auctions & Appraisals is honored to present the contents of the Klausmeier Farms Retirement Auction, located at 4014 Perry Hall Rd. Klausmeier Farms was established in 1915, in Perry Hall, Maryland. The Klausmeier family is closing a chapter in their lives and will be auctioning most of their farming equipment. This past fall was the last harvest that the family's equipment was being used. Having owned and operated an automotive business for years, their equipment has been very well maintained. The auction format for this sale is Simulcast and Live only. A Simulcast Auction is an auction where the items sell both live in person while simulataneously selling through an online platform. All of the larger equipment will be offered through the simulcast portion of the auction. To see the entire auction, please be here in person to have the opportunity to bid on items in the Live, In-Person Only portion. The in-person only portion will include hand tools, mechanical tools, equipment parts and much more. Auction set up is continuing and more items for the live in-person only portion will be added. All successful buyers must make arrangements to remove items from the farm's location during the pick-up days scheduled. There will be NO shipping available from Wachter Auctions for this auction. If a buyer wishes to have something shipped to them, the buyer is responsible to hire a third party shipper that can remove remove the item from the premises with a paid receipt. Buyers of the Grain Bins will be granted additional time to remove them from the premises, up to early summer, please talk to a Wachter Auction & Appraisal associate prior to bidding to ensure you have enough time to remove the grain bins. Items may be added, edited or removed in the catalog at any time during the auction process, before the hammer falls.
