There is absolutely NO Shipping by Wachter Auctions & Appraisals for this auction.
Buyers must have all items removed within 5 business days of the auctions end. Wachter Auctions staff will be on-site for the first 3 days after the auction with a skidloader to assist loading.
If buyers of large equipment need more time to remove the items purchased, please make arrangements with Wachter Auctions & Appraisals staff PRIOR to bidding. Wachter Auctions and Appraisals staff will be on-site March 8 -10 , 10:00am - 4:00pm. All items are to be paid for by the end of the auction. For internet purchases, there will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Card transactions/Electronic payment and a 10% Buyers Premium charged on top of the hammer price for items paid for by cash, money order or wire transfer. Any purchase greater than $2500 must be made with certified funds, such as a wire transfer or money order. Listing Information
Wachter Auctions & Appraisals is honored to present the contents of the Klausmeier Farms Retirement Auction, located at 4014 Perry Hall Rd. Klausmeier Farms was established in 1915, in Perry Hall, Maryland. The Klausmeier family is closing a chapter in their lives and will be auctioning most of their farming equipment. This past fall was the last harvest that the family's equipment was being used. Having owned and operated an automotive business for years, their equipment has been very well maintained. The auction format for this sale is Simulcast and Live only. A Simulcast Auction is an auction where the items sell both live in person while simulataneously selling through an online platform. All of the larger equipment will be offered through the simulcast portion of the auction. To see the entire auction, please be here in person to have the opportunity to bid on items in the Live, In-Person Only portion. The in-person only portion will include hand tools, mechanical tools, equipment parts and much more. Auction set up is continuing and more items for the live in-person only portion will be added. All successful buyers must make arrangements to remove items from the farm's location during the pick-up days scheduled. There will be NO shipping available from Wachter Auctions for this auction. If a buyer wishes to have something shipped to them, the buyer is responsible to hire a third party shipper that can remove remove the item from the premises with a paid receipt. Buyers of the Grain Bins will be granted additional time to remove them from the premises, up to early summer, please talk to a Wachter Auction & Appraisal associate prior to bidding to ensure you have enough time to remove the grain bins. Items may be added, edited or removed in the catalog at any time during the auction process, before the hammer falls.

Klausmeier Farms was established in 1915, in Perry Hall, Maryland. The Klausmeier family is closing a chapter in their lives and will be auctioning most of their farming equipment. This past fall was the last harvest that the family's equipment was being used. Having owned and operated an automotive business for years, their equipment has been very well maintained. The auction format for this sale is Simulcast and Live only. A Simulcast Auction is an auction where the items sell both live in person while simulataneously selling through an online platform. All of the larger equipment will be offered through the simulcast portion of the auction. To see the entire auction, please be here in person to have the opportunity to bid on items in the Live, In-Person Only portion. The in-person only portion will include hand tools, mechanical tools, equipment parts and much more. Auction set up is continuing and more items for the live in-person only portion will be added. All successful buyers must make arrangements to remove items from the farm's location during the pick-up days scheduled. There will be NO shipping available from Wachter Auctions for this auction. If a buyer wishes to have something shipped to them, the buyer is responsible to hire a third party shipper that can remove remove the item from the premises with a paid receipt.
