This is an Online Only Auction. Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid and/or bidding on a item, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other notices that the Auction Company makes known. You are also legally obligated to make complete payment of your invoice. Gold Star Auctions, LLC. has sole discretion as to who can or cannot place bids. We do not have the ability to register bidders, nor do we control registrations. You, as the bidder, register through Hibid. All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please let me be clear about this. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns or buybacks. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinitive factor.. Bidder waives their right to any attempted chargebacks for items. We attempt to point out factors that determine the bids that you may place, such as size, nicks, scratches, cracks and wear. BUT KNOW that lack of an all encompassing description or a picture that shows a flaw, it is still and will always be the bidders responsibilty to make the buying decision. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at close of the auction. All invoices will show the 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winnig amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back any purchase. See listing or invoice for pickup dates. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. Gold Star Auctions,LLC., nor is any homeowner, responsible for any injuries sustained. We do not supply assistance, tools or dollies. Shipping is through Goin Postal, a third party shipper. They will contact you to make payment. Do not contact the auction company for shipping times. If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited. If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC.
