All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please let me be clear about this. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns or buybacks. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinitive factor.. Bidder waives their right to any attempted chargebacks for items.
