This is an ONLINE-ONLY auction. All bidders must register with CC to place bids online. AUCTION TERMS: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, call for an appointment, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's Premium of 20% Requirement: Valid Credit Card required for bidding. Payment Method: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Check, and or Wire Transfer 4% Credit Card Fee. Credit Card on file will be charged the day of the auction closes. Payment Instructions: A 4% Credit Card Fee. Credit Card on file will be charged the day of the auction closes. Sales subject; 7% sales tax. Only EXEMPT if you hold a Mississippi Sale Tax Resale Certificate. After 7 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund. Mississippi Pickers, LLC encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Mississippi Pickers, LLC has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items.
