Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control.
Auction Terms & Conditions: By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There are lots in this auction that can be shipped (as noted on each lot) however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. Please review shipping terms for more detailed shipping information. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday Feb 20th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception.
Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file. Buyer will be given 7 days to make pick up arrangements or the items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage fees.
If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by Friday FEb 20th, 2026 @ 4:00pm, or the card you have on file is declined, your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed.
Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax.

All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website.
