1. Everything sells where is, as is, without a written or assumed warranty or guarantee. Assume items are untested unless specified otherwise.

2. All sales are final.

3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS.

4. NOTICE! Loading is the buyers responsibility.

5. We can ship your items. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. A shipping quote can be provided upon request. Large, bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. All shipped items will have a 5$ handling fee plus the cost of shipping.

6. Miller Auction Company assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence PRIOR to bidding on the item, you can determine what you believe is the asset being offered.

7. We will charge your credit card on file immediately after the close of the auction

8. Auction site could be at a dangerous location. Miller Auction Company and seller will not be held responsible for any accidents. Buyer will take full responsibility for their actions.

9. Purchased items not picked up during posted pick up hours will be deemed abandoned. Items will be resold. Miller Auction Company will not relocate auction purchases for any reason. If you cannot pickup during posted hours, please do not bid.
