We try to describe these items as accurately as we can, however, we are not experts on the items we sell. We
use photos to describe the items as well as the written description. LOOK AT ALL THE PHOTOS ON EACH

All persons attending the exhibition, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or
property and specifically release and indemnify THE SELLER, WAR, MikeWalkerAuctions.com, Mike Walker
from any liability.
The bidder agrees that all property is sold AS-IS WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied and
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment in full is due at the end of the auction and payment will be charged to the
credit card you registered for the auction with. No Exceptions. If you have any questions or disputes to your
purchase, you must contact the auctioneer within seven days of the end of the auction or your dispute will not
be considered.
PREVIEW: You may contact the auctioneer for a private appointment to preview specific items. If you have
specific questions, contact the auctioneer(s) prior to bidding. Bidders will need to rely on the photos and posted descriptions to make their determination whether to bid or not. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. WAR may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction preview (when applicable) but make no

AS A BIG PART OF THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION. In no event shall WAR be held responsible for having made
or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WAR does not guarantee any
appraisals, gradings or certifications. If you have any questions about the merchandise, ASK BEFORE
BIDDING.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine if any item is legal where
they live. There are no refunds for any reason. By placing a bid, the Bidder acknowledges that he or she has
viewed the items online to his or her satisfaction and chooses to bid on the items at his or her sole risk. WAR
will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the items. BIDS CANNOT BE
REMOVED UNLESS IT IS AN OBVIOUS TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR. MAKE CERTAIN WHAT YOU ARE
BIDDING ON BEFORE YOU BID.

Everything MUST be paid for in full by 9:00 AM CST, FRIDAY MARCH 6, 2026 NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST
BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.
All purchases will be billed to the credit card you registered with. Please do not use a Debit Card to register!
The buyer will be charged 15% buyer's premium PLUS 3.5% CREDIT CARD FEE at the close of the auction.

If the credit card is declined, the bidder will still be responsible for payment of the original purchase and the
costs of collection and credit card convenience fee, of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale
of the property.
Auctioneer, in his sole discretion, may extend the end date of the auction or deem the auction cancelled at any
time during the auction, and may remove any lots at any time before or during the auction.
Credit Card Hold: A $50.00 hold may be placed on your card when you place your first bid for this auction. If
you do not pay for your auction purchases on time, then the credit card hold will be applied towards the 15%
relisting fee. If you use a credit card to secure your account, the auction deposit will take the form of a credit
card authorization and will count against your credit limit for the duration of the authorization (7-10 business
days). Do Not use a Debit Card to secure your account. THIS CAN RESULT IN MULTIPLE PROBLEMS! WAR
highly recommends you secure your account with a credit card and is not responsible for any issues arising
from the use of a debit card to secure your bidding account.
WAR is providing internet only bidding for this auction. The bidder acknowledges and understands that this
service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have
any kind of claim against WAR, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the
auction. WAR will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Bidders must register a minimum of two hours prior to the auction close time. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bids at least two hours prior to the auction closing time. WAR reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time AND also has the right to accept or reject the registration or bids from any bidder for any reason and at anytime. In the event of any software problem, mistake or other issue, WAR reserves the right to extend the closing times, stop, restart, or cancel this auction at its sole discretion. Even though an item may display as sold on the internet, no sales are final until they are certified by WAR and Bidder receives an invoice and has paid in full. once Walker Auction & Realty LLC has received and acknowledged payment in full. Again, bidders are
responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from WAR. BRING HELP

LIMITED!!! Items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property. WAR reserves
the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and
handling. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, you will need to contact the
auctioneer for an authorization form prior to load out day. Items will not be released unless proof of purchase

ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION MUST BE REMOVED DURING TIMES POSTED
FOR THIS AUCTION UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH WAR. ITEMS NOT
REMOVED BY THIS TIME WILL CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.
IN THE EVENT THAT A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT IS GRANTED TO PICK UP PAST THE SCHEDULED
DATES, THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $200. Internet bidders should arrange to pick up their
purchases within their scheduled time.
Shipping: NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! IF IT STATES IN THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION NO SHIPPING,
WE WILL NOT SHIP IT! We only ship to the lower 48 states! Shipping for this auction is offered on some of the
smaller items. There is a minimum of $10.00 handling fee, plus the shipping costs, that will be charged to your credit card. OTHER ITEMS HAVE HIGHER HANDLING FEES, SEE ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS FOR
ADDITIONAL FEES. Any questions concerning shipping, please contact the auctioneer prior to bidding, to
confirm that item can, or we will ship the item. The buyer will be responsible for our handling fee Plus the cost
to pack and ship the item(s) charged by UPS OR USPS! Some of these items are fragile and heavy, so be

PRIOR TO BIDDING! Furniture Shipping- It will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for shipping and
pick up of any furniture items you want shipped on the scheduled loadout dates ONLY! Your shipper will need
to remove the items on the loadout dates.
BUYERS PREMIUM, CREDIT CARD CHARGE: A buyers premium of FIFTEEN percent (15%) will be added
to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot and a (3.5%) credit card fee will also be
added. Due to the rise in cost and fees from HiBid and credit card processors, we are no longer able to absorb this fee into the buyers premium.
DISCLAIMER: All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. WAR and the seller do not give or make any type of
guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. WAR is not responsible for incorrect
listing information, if any. WAR has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items; however, it is the

pieces, if any marks were found, and we make no guarantee on any jewelry OR flatware as to gold, silver, or
type of stones OR knives. We tried to describe each item to the best of our limited knowledge and have no way of verifying authenticity of any precious metals or stones. If you have questions or doubts, CALL THE
AUCTIONEER or DO NOT BID! THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS OR BID RETRACTIONS!!!!!!!!!
NO RESERVES: Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
NO BUY BACKS: All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the
auction.
NO RETURNS: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, bid retractions or adjustments.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction. WAR accepts the following forms of
payment:

purchases above $ 2,000.00. Wire Transfers have a $15 charge to the buyer. If you wire any funds you will

Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at time of payment and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. WAR reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by
the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for five
lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes
remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2) minutes.
SOFT CLOSE GROUPS: Items in this auction have been placed in soft close groups. The above
notwithstanding, if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes remaining for any item in the soft close group, bidding
for all items in the soft close group will remain open for an additional 2 minutes.
OUTBID NOTIFICATION: The bidding software will notify bidders when they have been outbid. In the case of
equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid. If a higher bid is subsequently withdrawn or
removed, the auctioneer shall have the right to accept the next highest bid.
BUYER DEFAULT: If, after the Payment Period has ended, the Buyer does not make full payment in
accordance with the terms set forth above, the Buyer is considered in default and their Auction Item(s) will be
re-listed in an Online Auction and a 15% re-listing fee (which You agree is a reasonable estimate of the
minimum damages incurred by WAR, as a result of Your failure) will be charged to their account. The re-listing fee is based upon the original selling price of the Auction Item. By registering a valid credit card with Walker Auction & Realty LLC, the Buyer authorizes Walker Auction and Realty LLC to charge applicable re-listing fees to the credit card.
DEBT COLLECTION & INTEREST CHARGES: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and
other costs incurred by Walker Auction & Realty LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The
bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due
Walker Auction and Realty LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Wilson County,
Tennessee.
WAR may refuse a buyers number and bidding privileges to anyone for any reason. The bidder agrees to
provide any identification WAR may request, including but not limited to: Driver's license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or US Passport. The bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with items that may be offered for sale. If your HidBid score is 5 or below you will not be allowed to bid.
Buyers expressly agree that the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern the validity, construction,
interpretation, and effect of this contract, and any suits, complaints, actions of any kind for any reason will
preside in the county of Wilson, and the state of Tennessee. If you have a dispute or problem with any
purchase, you must contact the auctioneer within seven days of the end of the auction or your dispute or
problem will not be considered.
Vehicles, titles, Bills of Sale: Walker Auction and Realty will ONLY provide documentation required by the
Wilson County Clerks office in the state of Tennessee to title and register a vehicle. We will not be responsible for any out of county or out of state registration requirements. If you have questions or concerns, contact the auctioneer. We highly recommend making an appointment to view the vehicles. Auctioneer, its agents, employees and family members will be allowed to bid in this auction. We like stuff too!
GUARANTY AGREEMENT: By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual
submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to
Walker Auction and Realty LLC of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for
any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable
attorneys fee.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If, for any reason, WAR is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or
portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of WAR, if any, shall be
the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. AGE REQUIREMENT: All
bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, bidders must be 18 to purchase rifle of shotgun
ammunition and 21 to purchase pistol ammunition. Bring your valid drivers license to pick up.
BIDDER INFORMATION; SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to Walker Auction and
Realty LLC, shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under
their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder.
Bidders must notify Walker Auction and Realty LLC, if they believe that their bidder number and password
have been compromised.
PRIVACY: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without
your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

This is a LARGE auction, with a little bit of everything you could imagine. If you are a vintage boat enthusiast, this auction has a treasure trove of memorabilia, boat motors and cowls. There are many nice antiques, vintage MCM items, Knives, tools, tools and more tools, some household items and lots of vintage! There is a 15% Buyers Premium ,with a 3.5% credit card convenience fee. Many of the items are being offered to be shipped, which is done in house. There is a $10 handling fee plus actual postage for this service. If shipping is requested, this will begin Monday after the load out. You will receive a paid postage email receipt with a tracking number via email. This auction opens on Sunday February 15th at 10:00 a.m. cst. The auction begins to close Thursday March 5th at 5:00 p.m. cst. Check out and credit card processing occurs as soon as the last item sells. You will receive a paid invoice via email to pick up your items. Load Out: 2 Days Friday March 6th 9-6.
