We guarantee all coins and currency to be Authentic.

Items delivered to Florida will be charged sales tax if applicable. US Coins and Currency without adornments are tax exempt. Bullion (rounds bars ingots with only basic stamps) are also tax exempt.

Bidders agree that invoices must be able to be processed by Sunday following the auction. Should additional information be requested Winning Bidders agree to respond by Monday at 2:00 PM. We will not accept alternate forms of payment that require us to receive payment after Monday at 2:00 PM.

We are not accepting NEW Bidders from outside of the United States.

Local Buyer's can pick up their coins at a defined time and location typically on Tuesdays. Outside of a regular time slot we have very limited availability for pick-up. Please call 757-871-4360 to make arrangements.

Shipping Information:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail.

Items are automatically combined for shipping.

We pack and ship items in-house with tracking and insurance. We ship all coins and currency using USPS flat rate Priority Mail. We use a third party to create labels and for insurance.

Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Required. Over $1,000 will be mailed registered mail.

Insurance for shipping is for while items are in transit. The insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. If your shipment is damaged, misdelivered, or lost while in transit, the insurance policy may apply subject to conditions set forth below. However, once a package is shown to be delivered by the carrier, Stagecoach Auctions by Wallace's responsibility ends.

We, and the insurance carrier will not accept responsibility for any losses or damages in the following instances: The package is delivered to the address with or without your a signature with anyone other than the addressee. This includes, but not limited to a family member, neighbor, building manager, business mailroom, drop-off locations such as mailboxes, PO Boxs, UPS store.

A package is successfully delivered as addressed. The insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.

You agree to notify Stagecoach Auctions by Wallace within 5 days of delivery timestamp as recorded by USPS of damage or loss.

While we are not obligated to pursue claims where one of the instances listed above has occured we will assist you, including filing claims through the insurance company provided you notify us with 5 days and agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost items in any manner we may reasonably request. This may include a signed affidavit, police report filing, pictures, contacting USPS directly, and we are notified within 5 days of delivery timestamp by USPS.

Bidders agree that by registering for our auctions they may be added to our email list to receive notifications about upcoming coin auctions only. Personal information is never sold or shared by Auction Company.

NOTE: If a winning bidder is new to our auctions and/or has not reached "trusted bidder" status with us we may elect payment be made by wire or cashier's check based upon a high invoice total.

Buyer's Premium is 15%

Sales tax is 7% in Brevard County. Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county the coins are delivered. US coins and currency are not taxable in the state of FL. Bullion is not taxable as strickly defined by the state. Bullion as defined by the state as bars, rounds, and ingots only.

You Will receive one invoice with shipping costs added once they are calculated (No Latter than Monday Following the Auction). We ship out all items by Wednesday following the auction.

Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. We will not accept return coins except by mutual agreement.

Winning Bidder's agree that charge backs are not allowed.

Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise noted. Otherwise all property is sold 'AS IS WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
