Wedel Auction, LLC Terms and Conditions: PAYMENT: The only accepted form of payment on amounts over $1,000.00 and on all titled vehicles regardless of price is bank wire. Items under $1,000.00 can be paid by bank wire OR credit/debit card with 3.5% fee. All payments are due in full within two business days of the completion of the auction, unless special instructions are given. An invoice will be sent to the email address listed with Auction Time at the completion of the sale, wiring instructions will be shown in the invoice. Items are subject to sales tax. McPherson County and Kansas sales tax is 8% and will be applied on non-tax exempt items. If you qualify for Ag exemption, or other applicable exemptions, contact us for a form. The form must be filled out to receive the tax exemption. There will be a $25.00 title processing fee applied for vehicle titles. Title will be mailed to the buyer via certified mail no sooner than 14 days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type. DUE DILIGENCE: Every effort has been made to provide the information, descriptions, and photos that best represent each item in the auction. CHANGES TO THE AUCTION: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions, and photos and may become necessary and occur without notice. Lots may be added, combined, or removed without notice. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER: If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid. ITEM PICK UP: The auction pickup is by appointment. You are responsible for the pick-up and removal of all items you have purchased. You will need to present your paid invoice at the time of pick up. If you need assistance with removal, loading, and transporting your items you need to make arrangements before you arrive. The auction company is not available to remove, load, or transport items. Bidder and his or her agents and employees are responsible for any damage they may cause or liability that may attach from any of their actions on or around the auction premises. Bidder agrees that any merchandise not removed by bidder within 30 days of the auction will be forfeited with no refunds unless prior arrangements have been made with the seller. Payments, whether by card or wire, need to match the name on the bidder account. Call us for special cases. If you are shill bidding for someone that is banned from AuctionTime, your payment will be returned minus a $250 or 25% penalty, whichever is greater. Seller will retain ownership of equipment and your account will be banned. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues with the online bidding software, Wedel Auction, LLC. reserves the right to extend a portion, or the entire auction. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kansas and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in McPherson County, Kansas.
