We will be hosting an estate sale in an executive community of the Grove City area. This is a lovely non-smoking home.

DATE & TIME: Saturday, February 21st from 8am until 2pm – (we may be adding a second day)

LOCATION: Grove City off of 665-London Groveport Road and Borrer Road- exact address will be posted the Wednesday of the estate sale– please be respectful of neighbor’s driveways and mailboxes

TERMS: Cash is always accepted. Also accept debit and credit cards with 3% processing fee. All sales sold ASIS, no returns. No large bags or purses will be permitted in the home. To maintain the floors in good condition, we may ask customers to remove shoes or wear shoe covers while in the home. Buyer of vehicle will work with Ohio’s Estate Auction & Tag Sales and the owner to transfer title- a deposit will be required at time of purchase
