• Any qualified bidder may bid on any item in this auction, including the sellers, auctioneers, agents, and auction personnel.
• All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. Failure to inspect the items prior to bidding/buying in no way relieves the buyer from the obligation to pay for and pick up any items. All sales are final at the close of bidding on each lot. NO REFUNDS. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.
• Descriptions, sizes, colors, use, etc. are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
• Full payment will be due at pick-up by cash, in-state check, or credit/debit card. A 5% Buyer's Premium discount will be applied for cash/check payments. The discount does not apply to partial cash/check payments.
• 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final selling price on every invoice unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Ag Exempt Number is on file with the auctioneer. You can email your tax-exempt information to auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com or complete a resale certificate, including your exemption number, when you pick up your items.
• Failure to pick up your items within the designated timeframe will result in your credit card being charged and your purchase being declared abandoned. Also, you may be barred from bidding on future auctions unless you have paid your invoice on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company. Abandoned/unpaid items will be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer.
• Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time of a lot will reset the bidding time on that lot for 3 more minutes. This process can repeat multiple times.
• Successful buyers should bring their own labor and packing material to pickup.
