By registering to participate in this online-only auction, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. Please read carefully before bidding.

1. No Warranties
A buyer�s complete inspection of items is encouraged, if you would like to preview any items please contact us to make arrangements. All lots sell �AS IS� and �WITH ALL FAULTS�, if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer or posted online will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made or posted online. All items are sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, and no returns or refunds will be accepted based on personal opinions or expectation

2.Suspension/Permanent Ban
A Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A Bidder will be permanently banned from this Site for failing to honor an auction bid made under that Bidder's bid number. A bidder will also retain a bad score on HIBID.

3.Bid Cancellations
Bidder Cancellations: Bids placed are final and cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes accidental bids or bids placed by others using your account.


4. Payment Terms
Accepted Payments: 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, cash or check are accepted when picking up items.
NOTE: We do not run your credit card on file right away if you are local. We give you the option to pay cash or check when picking up your items to avoid the 3% credit card fee.


5.Pick- Up
Local pickup is March 4th 9:00AM - 5:00PM.




5A. Missed Pickup & Handling Fees
If items are not being shipped to you, all items that are to be picked up must be picked up during the designated pickup dates and times listed for the auction. If the items are not picked up within the allotted pickup window, they will be removed from the auction site and transported back to our facility for storage and a later pickup date for a fee.
A handling fee will be charged per item, please refer to the posted price chart below for standard per-item rates. Items identified as X-Large or Equipment may incur higher fees, which will be noted in the individual item description.
To avoid these additional charges, buyers are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and ensure themselves or someone else can pick up their winnings during the scheduled time. If you are unable to meet the pickup schedule and don't want to pay the fees we kindly ask that you refrain from bidding.

5B. No Show
If you do not pick up your items within the pick up dates, contact us to make a special pick up arrangement or select shipping requested when registering, your card will be charged on file and your items will be forfeited. Items abandoned 8 days post auction closing date become property of Wheeler Auctioneering.

6. Shipping & Handling
Shipping is available within reason of size of item. Shipping & handling is done in house. There is a shipping label, packing and handling charge per invoice. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your item out. If you would like insurance on your package for an additional charge please note when registering, and it will be an added charge in shipping and handling.

7. Legal Compliance & Bidding Responsibility
Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to your purchases. Wheeler Auctioneering assumes no liability for legal violations.
Binding Agreement: All bids are legally binding. You are responsible for all bids placed under your account, regardless of circumstance (e.g., accidental bid, technical glitch, unauthorized use by others).

By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of bidding privileges or legal action.

Hobbs Lumber & Hardware of Edinboro, PA has moved locations & as a result we will be offering the excess items from the old location in an absolute, online only auction. Items include but not limited to: Large assortment of gondola shelving & hangers, heavy-duty ridg-u-rak & other shelving, displays incl. Milwaukee signs, new in the box tools & hardware, lights, excess clothing, skids of lumber, building accessories/materials, neon clock, signs & more! This auction will begin to end Tuesday March 3rd @ 6:00PM EST. Each lot will soft close meaning if it receives a bid in the final minutes it will have time added on to it.
