Hi Folks...  Welcome to this great little Downsizing Sale in GULF BREEZE!  This sale will take place on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, February 27th & 28th from 8am to 2pm.  This sale has some IKEA, MONTESSORI & LOVEVERRY CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS, Homemade Quilts, Quilt Clothing, Children's Clothing, Toys, a Kobalt battery operated Mower, Tools and so much more.  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Buy any of the marked items, please contact ANGIE at 860-303-6443.

**PRE-SALES.
**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.  If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, if we know the price, we will Pre-Sell it to you.  
**Please contact Angie at 860-303-6443 for Pre-Purchases.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.

**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
