Auction Participation and Terms:
By registering and accepting the terms, you agree to enter into a legal contract to comply with all auction terms and conditions. A 15% buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases made by bidders, with no discounts available. Payment is required at the conclusion of the auction. Please note that cash and certified checks are only accepted for car purchases. Bid retractions or cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final; the highest bidder has no right of rescission, refund, or exchange. By registering for the auction, you acknowledge that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Any invoice total over $500.00 payment must be cash, certified check, or bank wire. SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH CREDIT CARD REGISTRATION, OR WE WILL NOT SHIP.

Pickup and Removal of Items:
You are responsible for bringing assistance for moving furniture and larger pieces, as well as packing supplies. Staff will not be available to help move heavy items or provide packing materials. (Exceptions can apply call the office to make alternate arrangements, fee applies.) All items must be picked up by the high bidder, or alternative arrangements must be made before end of pick-up day. Any item not picked up during the designated pickup window will become the property of Johnson Auction Service Inc.

Item Condition and Inspection:
All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is,' with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Buyers must rely on their own inspection, judgment, and research to determine the value and condition of items. Item descriptions are provided as a courtesy and do not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, only the described item is included in the purchase unless stated otherwise. This policy also applies to non-visible contents within furniture. (We do our best to identify any damage on glass items in the photos or by the description.)

Shipping Process and Fees:
After you receive a notification from Shipping Saint, you will be prompted to select the shipping option. For each box shipped, a minimum packing fee of $12.00 applies, in addition to standard UPS or USPS shipping charges. We process shipping in-house to help minimize your costs and when available use 2nd hand boxes and material. As an example, if 5 or more items fit into a single 18" x 18" x 16" box, only the $12.00 packing fee will be charged for that box. Once your items are packed, you will receive a follow-up text and email notification with the invoice to pay for shipping. If your item qualifies to be shipped in a bubble mailer, you may be eligible for a discounted rate. Please note, buyers requesting additional bubble wrap or special shipping requirements will incur an extra fee.
All shipments are processed within 4 to 5 business days.

Important: Your shipping address must match your credit card registration; otherwise, your items cannot be shipped.

Bring Back Fees and Quotes:
A minimum "Bring Back" fee of $10.00 applies when you collect items from the auction house, charged per large bin. For example, if 5 or more items fit in one bin, you will only be charged a single $10.00 fee.
For larger purchases, including furniture, please request a quote in advance.
