1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested.
2) Preview will be Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm. The schedule for preview may vary with the holidays. Guns will only be available for preview the day of the auction.
3) We will attempt to ship most anything in House but are not professional packers. If you would like professional 3rd party shipping please request it and we will transfer your items to Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for a $10 fee. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. We do not handle any shipping requests or inquiries over phone everything must be emailed to bigredhibid@gmail.com. Any shipping claims for damaged items should be taken up directly with USPS as all packages are insured.
4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time.
5) Pick ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 The day of the Auction or Tuesday March 10th from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day.
6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends.
7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt.

9) The buyer premium for this auction is 15%. There is no additional credit card fee.
10) Items not Picked up will be deemed abandoned there is no other pick up day.
11) All bids are final. Bids cannot be removed, changed, or lowered once place. All bids are a binding agreement to purchase at that price.
12) Buyer must Take everything in a lot.
13) We are not a storage facility items sold must be picked up during the designated pick up time to make room for the next auction!
14) Non Local bidders with a 5 or below Hibid score will not be permitted to bid on Gold and Silver due to fraud
