*Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

*During simulcast auctions, floor bids will take precedence over pre-bids, max bids and absentee bids in the case of tie bidding.
*Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids.
* C and C Auctioneers LLC is not responsible for the use or misuse of items or any injury or harm caused by items purchased.
*Shipping will be provided at buyers expense through shipping saint with shipping and handling fee
*Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to all final bids
* Card payments will be subject to a 4% card fee with a $1.00 minimum fee
* A bounce check fee $75.00 will be added to invoice
* Items not picked up after advertised pick up days will have buyers card charge and be held at auction house for one week with $4.00 per day storage fee up to one week
* If items that are not picked up after one week will be resold and proceeds sent to buyer unless card declined.
* If buyers card declines the will be an auto ban on any future bidding
* There will be no help loading items at pick up days to to insurance
*Items that are to be shipped will be shipped within ten business days.
* Items that are damaged in shipping are insured with shipping saint and will be handled through shipping saint.
*Online bidders must pick up on online pick up days same day as live bidders is not possible
