Thank you for participating in Strawser Auction Group�s Online Auctions. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as all sales are final and irrevocable. The terms of sale are non-negotiable.
--- BIDDERS PACKET: All bidders who have registered for the online auction can view copies of the terms on the specific property Auction Detail Page.
--- ONLINE REGISTRATION: Registration for this auction (online) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions.
There is no fee to register but a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only) will be required to verify identity. By bidding you are representing to Strawser Auction Group and the Seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, DO NOT BID as you will be bound by those terms and conditions. The Bidder agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the Bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive of Bidder�s waiver of any chargeback rights. In the event a chargeback is successful, the Buyer remains liable for the purchase price, including any buyer�s premium and sales tax, plus any and all costs of collection and attorney�s fees.
--- CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION: The Seller and selling agents reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's identity, credentials, validity of the credit card, fitness to bid, financial ability to buy, etc. All decisions of the Auctioneer are final. THE SALE WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE AUCTIONFLEX/BIDOPIA SOFTWARE. Strawser Auction Group is not responsible for malfunctions or system errors which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered. If there is a dispute, the Auctioneer may re-open the bidding at the Auctioneer's sole discretion and shall serve as the sole arbiter as to who is or is not allowed to bid. Seller reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any personal property item at any time and approve all final bids.
--- BIDDING: Bidding starts at the nominal Opening Bid(s) indicated and is open to all who registered and are approved by the way of verified identity and credit card information. The bidding will be open for minimum of 7 days. The auction ends at a predetermined time with an Overtime Period if necessary, which is defined as follows: if a bid is placed within two (2) minutes of the close of bidding, then another two (2) minute period commences from the time of the last bid until no bids are placed within the next two (2) minutes. The last bid shall be made final. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. The Auctioneer cannot honor �mistakes�.

--- EXECUTION OF WINNING BID: Within 24 hours immediately following the close of the auction, the Buyer will be contacted by the Auction Company via email with their paid invoice copy showing a listing of items won at auction.
--- SHIPPING/ PICK-UP/REMOVAL/FEES: Packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. ONCE YOU'VE WON THE BID ON AN ITEM IT IS YOURS AND IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY; WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE BECAUSE THE COST OF SHIPPING IS NOT TO YOUR LIKING. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within fourteen (14) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations.
While Strawser Auction Group does not provide packing and shipping services, at the conclusion of the auction you will receive an email from jenny@strawserauctions.com with a list of shipping companies that service our area along with a shipping release form. You will need to select a shipper and then RETURN THE SHIPPING RELEASE FORM TO JENNY@STRAWSERAUCTIONS.COM. The pick up date is Saturday March 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM EDT. Please be aware of the time zone when making your appointment as our time zone may be different than yours.
*APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED* If you show up without an appointment, your items may not be there.
(The location of pick up is at Dry Dock Storage, 106 E Dutch St Wolcottville; if using Google Maps/Mapquest, use 102 E Dutch St address for TireStar, we are right behind TireStar.)
When entering your name to schedule your appointment, USE THE NAME THAT APPEARS ON YOUR INVOICE. Out of state buyers picking up in Indiana will have to pay Indiana Sales Tax; if you have an exemption, please email jenny@strawserauctions.com with a copy.
If the winning bidder cannot pick-up the items on the above allotted dates and times, there will be a $25 fee charged for a Strawser Auction Group member to meet the winning bidder on a different date and time.
Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within fourteen (14) days. After fourteen (14) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 30 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group.
--- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging for pickup of the item, or paying for shipping of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Various state statutes give Seller the right to pursue legal action against bidders who refuse to complete transactions. This may include (but is not limited to) suit to compel completion of the sale, and/or criminal charges of fraud or other intentional act.
--- AUCTIONEER RIGHTS: Auctioneer Reserves the right to make changes to an auction, to split or combine lots, cancel, suspend or extend the auction event.

(The location of pick up is at Dry Dock Storage, 106 E Dutch St Wolcottville; if using Google Maps/Mapquest, use 102 E Dutch St address for TireStar, we are right behind TireStar.) When entering your name to schedule your appointment, USE THE NAME THAT APPEARS ON YOUR INVOICE. Out of state buyers picking up in Indiana will have to pay Indiana Sales Tax; if you have an exemption, please email jenny@strawserauctions.com with a copy. If the winning bidder cannot pick-up the items on the above allotted dates and times, there will be a $25 fee charged for a Strawser Auction Group member to meet the winning bidder on a different date and time. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within fourteen (14) days. After fourteen (14) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 30 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging for pickup of the item, or paying for shipping of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller.
