Auction is to be held live in person. No online bidding. Terms are cash there is a 15% buyer's premium. There is a 6% PA sales tax. All items are sold in present condition with no warranties granted or implied. All sales are final. All buyers must be registered to bid. Responsibility for merchandise transfers to buyer at fall of the gavel, title transfers after payment for merchandise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for all merchandise and remove said merchandise from the premises by 3:00 p.m. March 7th 2026. Upon failure to remove paid for merchandise the buyer forfeits title for merchandise and title transfers to the auctioneer. Buyer is responsible for packing and loading all merchandise purchased at auction. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any injuries damages are losses that may come from purchase use loading or transportation of merchandise. Auctioneer is not responsible for any losses do to technical communication, computer software or payment Processing problems. Announcements made by Auctioneer on day of sale take precedent over any written material.
