Auction Closing

The first item is scheduled to close at 6:00 PM CST on Tuesday, March 3rd. Items will close every twenty (20) seconds thereafter unless the auto-extend feature is activated.

This auction features auto bid extend. When a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of a lot�s closing time, bidding will automatically extend 2 additional minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are placed within a 2-minute time frame.

Registration & Payment Authorization

A valid credit card is required to register and bid. We may place a $1.00 temporary authorization on your card to verify validity. This authorization typically drops off within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
By registering and bidding, you agree that you fully intend to pay for and remove all items won within the stated pickup times.
If your payment is declined for any reason, your invoice may be subject to a $5.00 declined card fee.
Unpaid invoices may result in your account being permanently blocked, and your non-payment status may be shared with other HiBid auction sites.

Buyer�s Premium & Sales Tax

- A 15% Buyer�s Service Fee will be added to all winning bids.
-Wisconsin / Brown County sales tax (5.5%) applies unless a valid tax-exempt form is on file prior to bidding.

Item Descriptions & Inspections

We strongly encourage in-person inspection during preview times, when available. If no preview is offered, bidders agree to bid accordingly.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and are presumed untested unless otherwise noted.
You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. On rare occasions, an incorrect photo may be displayed. Always rely on the title and description when bidding.
Titletown Auction Company does not test items for genuineness.

Shipping vs Local Pickup

Each lot will be clearly marked as either:
- �Shipping Available�, or
- �Local Pick Up Only�
Only lots marked Shipping Available are eligible for shipping. Items marked Local Pick Up Only will not be shipped under any circumstances.
Shipping is limited to non-fragile items, as determined solely by Titletown Auction Company, and must ship to the billing address associated with the buyer�s account. We do not ship outside of the United States.
Shipping & handling charges will be billed separately to the card on file.

Precious Metals Payment Policy (Gold, Silver, Etc.)

Due to the high rate of fraud associated with precious metals, the following payment rules apply:

New Customers Requiring Shipping
Credit cards are NOT accepted for gold or silver.
Payment must be made via Bank wire, or Cashier�s check (subject to a 10-day waiting period before shipment)

Returning Customers
Returning customers may pay with a credit card, bank wire, or cashier�s check.

Local Pick Up Customers
Local pickup customers may pay with a credit card, provided a valid government-issued ID is presented, and the ID matches the name on the credit card used.

Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to require alternative payment methods at its discretion.

Large Invoice Deposit Requirement

Any invoice totaling over $700 will require a $500 non-refundable deposit charged to the card on file.
The remaining balance must be paid via Cash, Cashier�s check, or Bank wire

Abandonment & Storage

All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup date(s) and times.
Auctions hosted on-site (including a client�s home or business) have strict, absolute pickup windows. We only have access to these properties for a limited time, and no exceptions can be made.
Items not picked up by the stated deadline will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and may be resold to satisfy storage, handling, or administrative costs.
If you are unable to pick up your items as scheduled, you must contact us prior to the pickup date to make arrangements.

AS-IS / WHERE-IS Terms

- All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults.
- No implied or express warranties.
- Descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed.
- Bidder inspection is encouraged if preview is available.
- By placing a bid, the bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction or have chosen not to do so.
- Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.

Risk, Liability & Removal

Full payment must be made before any items leave the premises. Merchandise becomes the buyer�s responsibility at the time of purchase, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage.
Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder or their agents and agrees to hold Titletown Auction Company, the client/consignor, property owner, and their respective officers, agents, and employees harmless from any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the auction premises.

Technical Issues

In the event of a system failure or technical issue, Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to pause, cancel, extend, or reopen the auction.
