The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpster of the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, March 15 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
