All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy.

By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of the item's condition. Information recorded, such as mileage, hours, etc, is a guide only for customer convenience. Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy.

Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase.

All items are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License or Retail Merchant Certificate.

Temporary license plates are available for purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days)

A $45.00 Title documentation fee will be charged per vehicle or anything with a title. (No buyers premium)

PAYMENT METHODS: Wire Transfer, Certified Cashier's Check, or Cash. We do not accept checks unless you are an established customer or if it is accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing funds. All items must be paid in full within 24 hours after auction closes.

Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Graber Auctions will not be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Under no circumstance shall the bidder have any claim against Graber Auctions if the Internet service fails to work correctly. Graber Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Please note by bidding in this auction, you have entered into a legally binding agreement to pay for the items purchased with buyer's premium by the stated payment date. Any invoices not paid within the stated payment terms; will be charged a late fee of $50.00. Any unpaid accounts will be banned from our auction as well as reported to Auctiontime and will receive a negative on their bidding account.
