By agreeing to these terms you are also acknowledging that you are accepting the items as they are
and will pay for them, with no Credit Card charge backs.

Your Credit Card on File will be charged immediately following the Auction.
15% Buyers Premium & 3.5% Credit Card Convenience Fee applied 18.5% Total, when card is used.
Cash, Good Check, Wire Transfer or Cedit Card accepted for payment (If paying by Cash at Pickup please notify the Auctioneer before the Closing Day so we don't run your card.)
Precious Metals & Coins must be paid for by Cash, or Wire Transfer (Buyer pays Wire Fees) . No Credit Card payments accepted on Precious Metals & Coins.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Auction may be previewed by appointment.

Pickup Date: Wed. Mar. 4th 8:30am Central to 5:30 pm Central, if alternate pickup date is desired a $25 charge will be paid in cash to reschedule a pickup.

If you wish to pay with Cash at the time of Pickup, please make that note to the Auctioneer when registering for the Auction. Also if you have requested to Pay in Cash at the time of Pickup, but fail to come pickup your items on the scheduled Pickup Day, we will run the CC on file at the end of the scheduled Pickup Day regardless.

Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage for 3 days, then anything after 3 days with no arrangements made will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund, items will then become the propertry of Rocking T Auction.
Buyers who do not pickup their items or do not pay for them will be barred from future auctions - no exceptions, sorry but we are not your banker and not a storage unit!

Sorry we only provide Shipping to the Lower 48 States- no international Shipping.

Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions with us.

Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. We also reserve the right to bid on items for individuals who are unable to bid by internet and have left bids with us for items they desire.

Our Auctions have a staggered Closing time, meaning each. lot closes at a staggered time-not all lots close all at once. Our Auction use a Soft Close method, meaning if an item is bid on with under a minute left, the bidding for that item is extended by one minute allowing other bidders a chance to bid, this will continue until no else bids on that item and it closes out.
