We accept cash and major credit cards. No checks will be accepted. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are solely responsible for evaluating condition, completeness, and suitability prior to purchase. True Integrity Estate Services and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring on the premises. By entering the property, all visitors agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety. We do not provide loading or moving services. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchased items. Please bring appropriate assistance, tools, and transportation. Any items not removed within the specified timeframe may be forfeited without refund. Due to the nature of estate sales, item availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Final Day – 50% Off SundayThank you to everyone who joined us for the first two days of this Irvine estate sale. Despite challenging weather conditions, many wonderful pieces found new homes. The sale continues Sunday with 50% off most remaining items. There is still a wide selection of interesting inventory available throughout the home and garage.

We had a successful opening day and many interesting pieces have already found new homes, but there are many great item remaining. The sale continues Saturday with 25% off most items. This will be the only list recognized for entry when the sale opens. Please note the following: • Only the True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be honored. • Any lists started by customers prior to 7:00 AM will not be recognized. • Please sign yourself in when you arrive. • Customers must be present when the sale opens to enter with their place in line. • One line entry per person. Please do not hold places for others. • Customers will be admitted into the sale in the order shown on the official list.
