THIS IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ONLY BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check (under $2,000), and Cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using Cash, Certified Check or Bank Wire (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking up any items. EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Lots are set to close for 10 every two minutes. The closing time for all lots will be automatically extended by 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick up their items NE of Sedan, KS (Address & Directions will be on invoice upon completion of the Auction on Wednesday, March 11, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm or Thursday, March 12, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any equipment. Please bring your tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment. PLEASE READ!!!! Logistics for load out will be an issue. We are asking ALL buyers to please be patient and schedule your pick-up time. The road to the house and shed is one lane and impassable. Vehicles pulling a trailer have very limited space to turn around. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined. Please do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the item described, not the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed.
