The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal.

The City of Mobile reserves the right to remove any item from Auction and return the item(s) to use by the City of Mobile
