1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering and bidding in this auction, you ("Buyer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Auction Terms and Conditions, including any updates or future auctions you participate in. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of rights or claims related to auctioned items.

By participating in this auction, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in the Auction Agreement. The Buyer acknowledges that failure to adhere to these terms may result in forfeiture of any rights or claims associated with the auctioned item(s). This agreement applies to the current auction as well as any future auctions in which you choose to participate or place a bid.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey. By registering and bidding, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

2. AUCTION NATURE & LOT CONDITION
THIS IS AN AUCTION. ALL LOTS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS," WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Buyers are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting lots or asking questions prior to bidding.
We strongly encourage attending live previews or contacting us for additional information or photos.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Accepted forms: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Money Order, Zelle
- 6.625% sales tax applies unless exempt.
- Buyer's Premium: 15% for cash/check, 20% for credit card and all firearms purchases.
- All purchases must be paid in full on auction day.
- Any sale not paid by 2:00 PM on the Sunday following the auction will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
- By bidding, you authorize this automatic charge and expressly waive your right to dispute or initiate any chargeback or payment disputes.

4. SHIPPING AND PICKUP TERMS
a. Shipping Policy:
- We DO NOT provide in-house shipping except for firearms.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping.

e. Shipping Coordination Deadline:
All lots requiring shipping must have arrangements finalized by 5:00 PM on the Wednesday following the auction.

5. FORFEITURE POLICY
If the Buyer fails to pick up or arrange shipping according to these terms, the Buyer expressly agrees to forfeit all rights, title, and interest in any unpaid lots.
All forfeited lots become sole property of Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers and may be disposed of without further notice or refund.

6. FIREARMS TERMS
- We are a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
- NJ DOES NOT RECOGNIZE C&R LICENSES.
- All guns ship only in compliance with NJ State Law.
- The only firearms shipped directly to buyers are antique long guns manufactured in 1898 or earlier.
- All other firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL in the purchaser's state. Buyer is responsible for all transfer, shipping, and insurance costs.
- NJ firearm transfers require NJ FID card, Driver's License, ATF Form 4473, NICS background check, and Certificate of Eligibility (long guns) or Permit to Purchase (handguns).
- There is a $50 NICS processing fee for all NJ firearm transfers.
- Firearms are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF OPERABILITY. We guarantee make, model, and serial number only.
- More pictures and info are available by request; please call 888-639-4443 before bidding.

7. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
- All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
- Titles for vehicles will be provided after payment clears.
- Errors and omissions may occur; live bids take precedence over online.
- Buyer's premium and taxes apply as stated.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Burlington County, New Jersey.
- Buyers agree no chargebacks or payment disputes will be initiated without prior contact and resolution efforts with Sunrise Antiques.
