Old West Reatly & Auction LLC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase and will be donated to the school.

PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions.

TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping available on some of the items.

LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, March 16th at St. Patrick's School.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Old West Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR OLD WEST REALTY & AUCTION SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

St. Patrick�s Gift Gala Committee has decided to add an online auction again to their 2026 event. This online auction will only consist of a few items but the committee wanted to give folks who are unable to attend their live event the opportunity to participate and support this important fundraiser for the school. This online auction is open for ANYONE & EVERYONE to bid, not just St. Patrick�s Gift Gala supporters. ALL proceeds go to St. Patrick's Catholic School in McCook. Shipping is available on some items.
