Auction Terms & Conditions

1. The online bidding will start closing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
4. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium for those bidding online. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110.
5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at conclusion of the auction. Credit cards will be charged at that time. If your items are coins or jewelry, payment in the form of cash, certified funds, or ACH (wire transfer) is required.
6. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date and do not make arrangements, your items may be discarded. An email will be sent to you immediately following the auction to select your method of retrieval. If we have to transport items back to our facility, a fee of $20.00 per item may be charged to your credit card. If at 9 days following completion of the auction we have received no correspondence regarding your items, they may be discarded.
7. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
8. Shipping is available for most items and we do so in the most economical way unless instructed otherwise.
9. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.
10. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
11. For any invoice not paid by the end of the scheduled pick up time, the bidder will be blocked from future bidding and items will be deemed abandoned.
12. All gun sales requiring transfer will be $15.00 per transaction and all sales will be in accordance with FFL regulation.
