  • Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
  • Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
  • Taxes: Sales tax tax applies to all purchases.
  • Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON WEDNESDAY ONLY!  Pickup is by appointment on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Failure to Pickup: Items not picked up or arranged for shipping during the load-out period will incur a $25.00 per invoice fee plus $1.00 per lot/day storage.

⚠️ Special Payment Terms: Shipped High-Value Items

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.

  • Bid with Confidence: While this is an Online Auction, we highly recommend personal inspection. Our team strives to describe and photograph items accurately, but nothing replaces seeing the assets with your own eyes.
  • Location: Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615.
  • Time: You may inspect items on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM.

NOTE: THIS AUCTION HAS A STRICT ONE-DAY LOAD OUT!

  • Location & Time: Pickup is at the Eaton Auction Center (24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615) on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
  • Appointments: You will receive a link with your invoice email to schedule your specific pickup time. Please book your slot immediately upon receipt.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
  • Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
  • Taxes: Sales tax tax applies to all purchases.
  • Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $1.00 per lot/per day storage charge.

📦 Shipping Information

  • In-House Service: RMEB Inc. ships most items worldwide from our Eaton facility.
  • Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
