JM Bidworks LLC – Auction Terms & Buyer Responsibilities Read Before Bidding • Read all auction information, descriptions, terms, and details before placing any bids. • Placing a bid confirms your full understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Invoice & Payment Policy • All invoices must be paid within 2 business days of auction closing. • Failure to pay within 2 days will result in forfeiture of items and bidder account suspension/disablement, regardless of pickup or delivery arrangements. • Invoices under $2,000 may be paid online via the bidder dashboard. • Invoices over $2,000 must be paid via one of the following methods: ◦ Cash ◦ Cashier’s Check (made out to JM Bidworks LLC) ◦ Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle ◦ Wire Transfer (+$20 fee) • Sales tax exemptions: valid certificates must be submitted before or within 30 minutes of auction closing. ◦ No tax documents will be accepted at load-out. ◦ Failure to provide documents timely will result in tax being applied, with no adjustments at load-out. Scheduling & Load-Out • Buyers must schedule a removal appointment immediately after auction close. • Appointments are scheduled via the bidder dashboard under “Manage Invoice.” • If you cannot attend removal dates, do not bid. ◦ Alternate load-out dates may be available only if arranged before the auction ends. ◦ Fees apply to all load-outs outside the posted schedule (unless pre-approved). ◦ Large specialty items (e.g., containers, homes) are exempt as they require special arrangements. • NO load-outs during invoice pick-up day. Only listed dates and times are valid. • Later pickup dates may be arranged at JM Bidworks’ discretion but must be requested in advance. Load-Out Requirements • Bring the correct vehicle and trailer size, along with all necessary equipment (straps, pallets, padding, shoring, etc.). • JM Bidworks provides forklift/loading assistance as a courtesy, but: ◦ If your equipment is not adequate, you may be moved to the back of the line. ◦ We will not be responsible for securing loads — that is the buyer’s responsibility. • Due to high volume on removal days, messages and calls may not be returned until the evening. Please ask all questions before load-out day. Shipping • Local pickup is preferred. No mail delivery offered. • Nationwide shipping may be available through third-party carriers. ◦ Quote requests must be submitted at least two business days before auction closing. ◦ All invoices must be paid in full before shipment scheduling. • Buyers may also arrange their own delivery provider.
