1. AUCTION TYPE & SALE CONDITIONS

This is an ABSOLUTE AUCTION - all items will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied. No contingencies for any conditions. Sale is final upon close of bidding.

2. BIDDER REGISTRATION & QUALIFICATION

All bidders must register prior to bidding. Valid photo ID required for registration. Crawford Auction Service reserves the right to reject any registration. By registering, bidders acknowledge they have read and agree to all terms.

3. BIDDING PROCESS

Online bidding platform will be available 24/7 during bidding period. Auction closes Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025 at 7:00 PM Central Time. In case of internet connectivity issues at auction close, auctioneer's decision is final. Bidding increments determined by auctioneer. Crawford Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment in full is required before any items can be removed from the property. We accept Cash, Personal Check made payable to Crawford Auction Service, LLC, or Credit/Debit Card. 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids and is due at time of pickup.

5. DEFAULT & REMEDIES

Failure to pick up and pay for purchased items on Monday, October 27th or make prior arrangements with auctioneer before auction close will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items are forfeited with no refund. Auction company reserves the right to pursue additional legal remedies for damages. No refunds under any circumstances.

6. ITEM CONDITION & INSPECTION

All items sold in current condition with no warranties. No preview is available for this auction. All bidders are bidding based on photos and descriptions provided in the online auction listing. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all photos and descriptions before placing bids. Sale is final regardless of item condition - no renegotiation permitted. All sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

7. ITEM CHECKOUT & REMOVAL

Item Checkout: Monday, October 27th from 10 AM to 1 PM at 101 N. Connie St., Clinton, MO 64735. All buyers must make arrangements and preparations to pick up items on this date and time only. This is the only opportunity to collect purchased items on-site.

Loading Assistance: Our staff will be available to assist with loading during checkout hours.

Shipping Option: Shipping is available to anywhere in the United States or Canada. Shipping must be arranged with auctioneer and paid for in advance before auction closes or immediately after. Contact Chase Crawford at 417-399-1904 to arrange shipping.

Warehouse Storage Fee: Items not picked up on October 27th and not previously arranged for alternative pickup or shipping will be hauled back to our warehouse. A fee will apply for warehouse haul back and storage. Contact auctioneer before auction close to make arrangements.

Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up on October 27th without prior arrangements made with auctioneer BEFORE the end of online bidding will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund.

Buyer Responsibilities: You are responsible for bringing appropriate transportation, boxes, wrapping materials, and any tools needed for removal. You assume all responsibility for items once loaded and paid for. Valid photo identification matching bidder registration required at checkout. Bring email confirmation or bidder number for reference.

8. AUCTIONEER AUTHORITY

Auctioneer's decisions regarding bidding disputes are final. Crawford Auction Service acts as agent for seller only. Auctioneer may cancel auction or withdraw items prior to sale. All announcements take precedence over advertising.
