Auction: Online from Tuesday, March 3, 2026 through 7:00PM CDT Wednesday, March, 25, 2026
Please note: With online bidding, we will be utilizing a soft close which means if anyone bids with a minute or less remaining, the auction will be extended by one minute and will continue until no more bids are received.
Property Address of House: 9145 Meredith Ave, Omaha, NE 68134.

Purchase Agreement: Successful bidder will enter into a purchase agreement immediately after being declared the winning bidder by the Auctioneer. PLEASE NOTE: The purchase agreement will offer NO CONTINGENCIES for financing, property condition, or any other alterations to the contract. Property is being sold "AS IS". Prospective Buyers are urged to inspect the property prior to the auction date to their own satisfaction.
Earnest Deposit: Successful bidder will provide an Earnest Deposit in the amount of $10,000 within 24 hours of the close of the auction, which will be deposited in the Trust Account of Ambassador Title Services. Deposit will only be refunded if the SELLER defaults, or if required by Nebraska law. If Buyer fails to close for any reason, they will forfeit the Deposit.
Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing based on the most recent available assessment.
Closing: Closing to be on or before April 24, 2026. Closing to be conducted by Ambassador Title Services with the closing fee of up to $800 to be split 50/50 between the Buyer and the Seller.
Possession: Buyer will receive possession upon successful closing, recording, and filing of all required documents.
Title: Seller will provide Clear & Marketable Title with Title Insurance provided through Ambassador Title Services. Cost to be split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
Easements: Sale is subject to any and all Easements and Right of Ways of record.
Personal Property: Any personal property remaining on the premises at closing is the property of the Buyer.
