If you are the successful bidder of an item or items totaling over $1,000, payment must be made by either cash, cashier's check or wire transfer prior to taking possession of the item or items. Items that would normally require a title I.e. cars, trucks, motorcycles or trailers will either come with a title free and clear of liens or paperwork for you to receive a title free and clear of all liens. If you require a title to be FedExed to you, we will charge a $25 fee for the expense. WE NO LONGER MAIL TITLES VIA USPS.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Block Realty & Auction Management Group will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes.
