No warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, are made by the Auctioneer or the Seller. Final Sale All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Disclosure & Buyer Responsibility If the Auctioneer has knowledge of a material defect, it will be disclosed.
