A soft close means the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1 minute if a bid is place on that lot in the last minute. - There will be a staggered closing starting at the noted closing time. This means the first lot will close at the scheduled closing time and thereafter each lot closes sequentally every 10 seconds. NOTE: the bidding will close on intervals in conjuction with the lots closing. - All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales final.
